Heres the honest truth about Sundance.
The neighborhood is pretty safe. There is a "security guard", but he doesnt do much but look at you. If you smile at him, he will smile back.
Secondly, the parking is the worse. Three bedrooms get 2 spaces and 2 bedrooms get 1 space. Basically every apartment is short on space. There is visitor parking. However everyone hogs those up quick.
The appliances are ancient and all they will do is "fix" them.
The apartment is pretty nice for the $1000-1300 range.
Maintenance usually comes within decent response times but if its when they are closed, forget it.
Overall, a decent friendly place to live.
