You have to pay to use the workout room, the jacuzzi by the pool doesn't get hot and only has one powerful jet. Ants are a problem even though they exterminate. You can hear your neighbors on top of you if you are on the bottom floor. But over all the apartments are new have W/D and are very spacious. Have had my headlights stolen out of my car. They have a gate but you just drive up to it and it opens, I don't think they have enough night time security roaming the premises.
