Serious security issues, management does nothing about it. My car's stereo was stolen 6 months ago, my neighbor's jetski was stolen a month after. A few weeks ago neighborhood kids deflated tires of several cars in my building.

Maintenance crew are nice, but not the most efficient. Takes several attempts to get something fixed. The hallways and stairs are not maintained very clean either.

Acoustics are also a bit of a problem, you can hear all the neighbors in the building when they close their doors (interior or exterior), and if they have fights or parties, you'll know everything about them.

The location is good. Near schools, shopping centers, supermarkets, etc. The common grounds are not bad either. The pool is well maintained, it has a jacuzzi (never used it), tennis court is well lighted, a small gym, a racket ball court and some green area to walk your dog. The parking spaces are limited but not a problem unless you have more than two cars and/or guests coming over.
