Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008
I've lived at Sunset Gardens since 2002. Never had a problem with management or maintenance.
Place is kept good, apartment was clean and everything in working order. Anytime I've had any issues (which were all minor) I've had it taken care of quickly.
My only issue iwth with Camco Cable. Not ony is their service horrible, but the people (from the owner down) are rude. I wish they would get another company.
