The place is well-kept: landscaping, pool, workout room, racquetball court are always clean. Maintenance does a good job of picking up any trash that may be strewn about. On the topic of maintenance, they are nice guys and respond to maintenance requests promptly. Unless the request is a major issue, it gets taken care of the first time around. The leasing office staff is friendly. My only complaint is the lack of enforcement regarding the tow away/no parking signs. Some people park illegally and their vehicles are never towed. Other than that, the place is quiet and clean. Tenants get one assigned parking; there is plenty of visitor parking.

Totally agree. The rude inconsiderate residents and or visitors that park in the parking that is designated for residents (YELLOW WITH BLACK #'S) instead of WHITE WITH BLACK LETTERS. Then they have the audacity to get mad at you when you have their car towed...
