I moved into a dirty, filthy rotting apartment, and ended up living in a dump. Maitenance is unreliable and never shows up. Crime rate is high. My apartment is falling apart and everything is rotting (the wood, the fake tile, aroung the tub, the walls, the cabinets). It stinks. My door doesn't fit so it's useless to put on the air conditioning. By the way, the a/c doesn't even work. It blows out dusty luke warm air and don't expect central a/c. The a/c unit you get is basicly like a fan that uses a ton of electricity. The office staff is unreliable. The maitenence is clueless. There are broken beer bottles all over the sidewalks which haven't been cleaned for over 5 months after numerous complaints. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer and suing to get out of my lease and hopefully some money back. This apartment advertises 48 hour maitenance service but really maitenance never shows up unless you constantly harrass the office staff. It took me 8 weeks of complaining about a stove that was already broken in my apartment for them to come fix it. By the way, it's still broken.
