this place should be torn down. we have a horrible case of mildew in our apartment they don't want to fix it. My son now has respiratory problems and needs to be on a nebulizer atleast twice a day. Bugs always find their way inside. The bathrooms are falling apart the house smells like mildew and it very humid inside our clothes and towels smell. The kitchen is scary the stove dosent work and the oven dosen't have temperatures. Its worth paying an extra $200 elsewhere which you waste anyways in the electrical bill and water bill. Also the ducks make a mess everywhere and it smells like poop. Cat poop Duck poop and Dog poop.
