Sunset Way is relatively quiet and maintenance was usually responsive, but only with human comfort issues, (i.e. hot water, A/C, etc.) but not too much for cosmetic issues (i.e. floors, walls, etc.). The local ducks make a mess, but with a small lake a few yards away, that's unavoidable and when you move to south Florida, you're in for real experience anyway. There are problems with burglaries, but that's because people invite into their homes others who can't be trusted. Usually, if people don't know what you have, there's no TARGET RISK. The buildings are more like manufactured housing done very quickly---not precise. The blame should be placed on the OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY; the rent payment amount....NOT WORTH IT!! But that's south Florida.....a real estate racket; best to leave the entire state...I did!...unless of course, you decide to join the racket.
