This Sutton House it is a brazilian favela

No Elevators , No laundry machine operables even a Laundry room it is available , Unsecure place where to live , dirty hallways with no maintenance personel doing cleaning , lanscaping , etc .
No Recommendable at all for lacking of minimun living conditions .
