Big units, but horrible facilities.

I signed a seven month lease at this complex so that I could make sure that I liked the complex before staying longer, because I didn't see the complex before hand. My 7 month contract it up in 4 weeks and I'm never coming back. I moved into the place and found outlets that didn't work and were never fixed. The sewege in my bathroom was horrible and it took me about three weeks to get them out there to fix it. I was renting a washer and drier for the place and they were suppossed to come in and hook it up for us. It took them a month to come out and do that for me. Service is just flat out horrible in this complex, but you are getting what you pay for. The rent is cheap. At the time I signed my lease for $850 a month for a two bedroom. The area is okay, but there is a lot of flooding in this area during storms like the "No Name Storm" that hit October 3, 2000. It's actually worse in this area than other areas. One good thing though is that they pay your electric bill. You only have to pay for water which only comes out to about $10-$15 a month. But honestly that's the only benefit.
