Location is great. Apartments are fine. I even have to say the maintenance is fine so far. However, there is definately lawlessness brewing. Cars speed around the small streets near the parks and school bus stops, the gates are constantly broken from crazy drivers, and security does not control noise and drugs odors. Many cars have no liscence plates (and probably no insurance) and management has done nothing to clean up this place with all this chaos.
