Do not get fooled by the nice window dressing! The apartments have a nice floor plan, but the parking is a nightmare. The spots are too narrow, and if you have a nice car, please sell it before you move in, because it will lose value very quickly with all the scratches and damage.The management could not care less about your maintenance requests, and sometimes you have to wait for a very long time to talk to somebody, especially on busy times. The security is a total joke! There is a "card reader" for the residents which will accept any kind of cards and grant you access, including even your "Victoria Secret" discount card. The elevators are broken so often, that I avoid taking them, cause I do not want to risk being trapped in. The laundry rooms look like toxic waste dumps. Most of the staff (with only few exceptions) shows total disregard for the resident's concerns, and this guy Sean is a total j---. Enough said.
