Parking illumination sucks. The new administration it's extremely unpolite. I paid my rent on time and they tried to bill me again. They wrote this funny letter (next day bill past due) that readed something like this: I demand you to pay the blah blah... otherwise you'll have to leave...

I demand!!! What the f@ck'' Now that's very professional of them. By the way, they haven't presented to us resident. Not even a letter on the billboard.

Please... don't move here. Don't let them fool you. This is a crap. The only thing they do well is bill the residents.
