What a pity...talk about falling down.

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1999
When I first came to Miami in April of 1995, Arbor Lake was highly recommended to me by some friedn who lived here and it was indeed a great place to be. The managament (hello, Hector !) was great, professional and corteous. The maintenance staff was there to fix things right away and best of all, the rent for a 1100 sqft 1BR was $ 615 ! What happened to this place ' I moved out in 1999, guess after that they brought in that bit#@ manager lady who ran the place into the ground, fired the good staff (poor guys) and just pocketed the additional profit. What a shame ! This place used to be really nice, wow ! That's almost a decade ago. It coulde be good again, because the location IS great.
My ratings are based on the 1999 level....
