This building is already falling apart and the management could not care. The parking rates are the highest in the area. With so many options in Brickell for the same (or less), you would be crazy to choose this building. Also, last weekend, there were several police officers in the building and there was a creepy guy hanging around the corner from my place. The outlets for cable, high speed, and electricity are already going bad.
