Has anyone heard the news about this place' I thought it was gorgeous and possibly somewhere to relocate to but then I read this god awful news about this place...just google "the club at brickell bay" predatory and there are several articles on this. a large majority of these condos are or have been in foreclosure. do your research! its scary!!

I sold several of my units there. Thank God! After selling them, the closing company and buyer changed my contracts and obtained 100% financing for 20% more value than what I sold. Huge amounts of fraud going on. Beware of Vistas Real Estate. Be very very ware of inflated contracts bogus inflated offers in order to support appraised values, etc...http://www.vistasmiami.com/ FBI all over the place at this building. Heads will soon roll...Jail time!
