This is the worst experience I've ever had living anywhere. I have been living in this building for over two years, and during that time the problems have gotten progressively worse. From security problems, foreclosures, and amenity problems to dirty conditions, theft, and homeless break-in this is no place to live. Management, yes even the new one, does not know ow to fix the problem. I thought this would be a nice place to live, and I've always heard great things about Brickell but I am finally moving out.
