Town House Apartments are not luxury condos, but they are nice, affordable apartments.

The grounds are really lush, and the pool is great. The terracota paths are nice and swept daily. There is "no concrete and weeds" to be seen.

I never hear my neighbors unless the front door is open. The walls are not "paper thin"

I find it hard to believe that anybody had a problem parking. There are easily 3 spaces for every apartment. I think this reviewer is lying out of a grudge.

The complex is in one of the best neighborhoods in Dade County. I have neve questioned my safety here, nor is the complex poorly lit!

Maintenance here is good- it is true that it is not great- but it is adequate and they are very nice. They are not about to replace a stove that is scracthed, but things that are broken are fixed in days, if not hours.

Yes the complex is not new. But it is not delapitated. In fact it has charachter and every on of my guests has viewed it as classy.

The location can't be beat.

"Constant Lovemaking" has to me bred good neighbors. They are friendly people and quiet.

The managers are nice people, and have always been very helpful to me.

I have NEVER seen a rat. Ants are a perenial problem in FLORIDA. Maintenance baited the apartment and GAVE me a bottle for follow up treatment. Problem solved...

It is my opinion that any people giving bad reviews have a grudge for reasons unrelated to the quality of the apartment!

I highly recommend this place to anyone lokking for an affordable apartment with great location. You will not get this much in any other aprtment for such a low price in Dade County.
