Still very bad.

I had been living in Miami for 4 years when I moved into 1805 san Souci blvd. I grew up in NYC and this was the 1st place that reminded me of the feelings that I use to have living in Brooklyn. My car got broken into so I would go to sleep worrying about my car every night after that (6 months) until I moved out. My neighbors were of a very bad quality( in 1 apt. there were 5 people living in a 1 bedroom). I would never move back. Management is horrible, when I 1st moved in the Rep. (Manager now) wanted $200.00 more than the security dep. to "make sure I got my Deposit back" and when I refuse, she tried to make me pay more rent by rasing the rent on the lease( thought I wouldn't notice). She also asked me once to pay for the materials needed for general maintenance. I didn't, instead I called when she wasn't there and it was done with no problem. Stay away from that place! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
