This is the very worst renting experience i have ever had. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. Maintenance is impossible to get and if you do I hope you speak spanish. It will take months for anything to be fixed but you better believe if you are a day or two late with the rent you will pay....alot. Lack of professionalism is an understatement. The people in the office act like they are doing you a favor renting to you. Washers and dryers broken for months at a time. Elevator doors open between floors, no inspection stickers. peeling paint in apartments, if you bring it to their attention they will tell you to paint it and give you a can of paint. My only wish is that one day these same people that had absolutely no regard for any tenant will have to live in the same conditions and are treated with no respect just like us.
