the property managers has started showing a marked lacked of respect for it residents. The office staff will argue about things that is being done even when it being done wrong.

examples.
the site has a gym that you have to buy a card key to use. Some of the keys set up to let people in just up to 9pm will other keys seem to let others in at any time they want to get in. When this was brought to the office attention the woman in charge of the process denied that this is possible even when proof could be given. She said she would look into it and nothing has come out of this as of yet.
I have no problem with people who are resident and have paid for the privilege to use the gym but i do have a problem when the process isn't applied fairly to any and everyone who has paid for the usage of the gym.
They don't enforce the rules regarding kids and outside people using the gym which all of this has been bought to their attention. they prefer to deny it evers happen.

Other signs of the lack any respect for the tenants. they install washer and dryers they require a card to use. However, if you work a five day work week. You will have a problem getting the cards recharged to use in the washer if you are single or a working couple.You see they close at five and are not open on saturday or sunday when it maybe more convenient for working people to get the card recharged. Even if it was an hour on anyone of those days, it's a lot better then having to take time off from work.
