The management bad. They will tell you one thing and deny it the next! They lost intent to vacate letter, so a month after I moved out they tried to say I owed them one months rent plus damages, totalling over $1100! The damages were made by the mantainence man when he left a black spot on my carpet after trying to clean up some putty that he spilled. Needless to say I took them to court and settled to lose my $535 deposit. I was furious! Not to mention the apartment had a terrible probelm with ants and termites. Termites were literally coming out of my front door and if you kicked it the door would cave in! That's how long the infestation had been going on. When I showed the head maintenence man he said "they're termites. But we're not going to do anything about your one probelm. Do you know how much it costs to have the whole building tented'"
Other tenants would leave their garbage in the breezeways. It was just nasty. If you work a second shift job don't think you are going to get a parking space near your apt. you might as well go to the back!
