Our first problem was when we moving in. We gave them the deposit for the apartment they shown to us, but they rented to another person. So, we need to wait for another apartment available and pay for half month to moving in. The second was with maintenance, you called the office and they send a guy when they want and they fix what ever they want to fix...also they complaint to you because you called so often. The new managment is worst than the first one, when you called them only the answer machine you could get. The close early, so if you try to go in person always it's close...for lunch or because they just go half an hour early. You have a lease but the rent increase every year more than usual. The doors are always open, but you need to buy a magnet key when you move in. The gate for the parking is always open for every body. In the apartments they never change the carpet, even it's in your lease. I keep going but it's get worst. My advice to you is "GO AWAY".
