I used to live in a one bedroom apt. here (I paid $1900/month stayed for 2 years -- very good for the neighborhood)... Ocean view, vers spacious, clean, friendly staff and community members. 15 minutes to anywhere in miami (always against the traffic -- no rush hour)... That was great! Besides being on Brickell, this particular building is the most peaceful because it is in a private road on one side and the Viscaya Royal Palace Gardens right after that). I had an ocean view from all my windows and the swimming pool is right on the watter, makes you think about getting a boat :).
