I LIVED HERE SINCE LAS PALMAS; THEN WINDSOR; ARCHSTONE AND NOW VALENCIA WHICH LENNAR OWNS IT. THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE WHO IS LIVING HERE ARE LOW LIFE. MAINTENANCE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE. THIS USED TO BE THE PLACE TO BE IN BUT NOW RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO MAKE A PROFIT, JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WHO WORKS THERE. THEY ARE RUDE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR RENT NOR TO BUY. YOUR NEIGHBOR MIGHT BE THE DELINQUENT TO ROB YOUR HOME. THIS IS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO IS LIVING NOW AT VALENCIA... BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
