Valencia is not what Las Palmas used to be. Atlantic & Pacific Management is the company taking care of the property and they are very impolite, discourteous, disorganized and very rude. They do not respond to the needs of the residents and they are definitely not there to help you. I have had several mishaps with them personally and I would not recommend Valencia to anyone else. The Manager Lily is the worst that the company has had, so rude and stubborn, it its her word and that's it. I am looking to move as fast as I can out of there.
