Verabella has very poor up keep.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Our elevator has still not been fixed.
It has been two months. My mother is handicap and cannot walk down three flights of stairs. When I asked management about it they told me I should have bought a condo in the first floor. That is uncalled for!
