GRS MANAGEMENT WORK PART TIME DOING NOTHING FOR SOMETHING. DON'T WE ALL WISH WE COULD SIT ON OUR ASS AND DO NOTHING BUT FRONT LIKE WE ARE DOING A JOB. WHEN WE DO A JOB WE MAKE SURE IT IS DONE!
I HAVE SEEN A POSITIVE. EVEN THOUGH SECURITY IS BEING PAID ALMOST NOTHING THEY ARE OUT DOING SOMETHING. MAYBE GRS CAN LEARN FROM THAT EXAMPLE AND GET OFF THEIR FAT ASS!
THE BUILDINGS ARE NOT BEING CLEAN PROPERLY, YOU FIND TRASH EVERY TIME YOU GO TO GET IN YOUR CAR, MAINTENANCE ALWAYS HAS AN EXCUSE FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB, THE OFFICE COVERS FOR THEM, THERE ARE TO MANY COMMERCAIL VEHICALS PARKED ON PROPERTY AND THIS GOES ON AND ON! iT IS EASY TO SAY LET US HAVE A MEETING AND RESOLVE THIS,HOWEVER IF GRS MANAGEMENT HAS PROBLEMS RESOLVING LITTLE THING BECAUSE THEY ARE MANAGING 26 PROPERTY! IT IS TIME TO MANAGE ONE LESS.
IN THE MEETING LET US VOTE THEM OUT AND GET RID OF THE FAT ASS AND FLUNKIES!

I was so totally confused when I purchased this unit, I had a notion that the tenants would have had a say in the management of the building and all that good stuff, boy was I wrong, I can even get in contact with management for a simple answer, I would like to know when I can cancel my cable service since my current cable company is telling me that Verabella Falls Association has executed a contract with another cable service provider. So I’m technically paying cable through my current provider and through my association fees, how frustrating.
