I own a condo at Verabella Falls. I have been reading these reviews without responding untill I had come to my own personnal conclussions of the property. I really feel that it is a good place to live. It has been quiet and peacefull. It is true that when I moved in there was a roach problem, but that is nothing a good exterminator could not fix. I still don't understand if these reviews are made by one or two people or several people, but I am amazed at the amount of complaining and utter rudeness that is going on in this site. I do live here, I do not plan on selling or renting, so No I am not responding in order to paint a pretty picture. About the only thing I can say I have a problem with is that the parking spaces are too close together. That is all I have. I would however appreciate that the person who will respond to my comments not feel it necessary to curse me out for my opinions. It only makes you look very childish. Thats all I have. God Bless!
