i have recently had my car towed from a location in which there is no warning sign. verabella management is here for decoration. when you call their office you can never get in contact with the person in charge. when u file a compalint they never respond. neway the point is that i have researched and it is illegal for them to be towing cars when nowhere in the property have they posted up signs that say that is a tow away zone. where they took my boyfriends car from did not say it was a no parking. the towing company said we were parked in a fire lane which they have yet to prove because we were not. the towing company is overcharging so be aware. the maximum towing fee allowed by the county is $101.00 so be careful if they are charging more like they did to me. they also charged me 2 days when they keep theyre lot closed on the weekend. i will be pursuing this even further but i just write to see if anyone can inform me of the names of the board since grs fails to ever answer.the parking is ridiculous how can they expect for us to park our other car at visitors and we live at the other end'' what about my grandmother who has problems walking how does she get to our house when there is only one handicaped parking per bldg. and it is always taken by other cars without the permit'
