As an owner who has always been invited to buy property from Crec conversion I must say this time they drop the BALL!
1st- They allowed that fat fool to be illegally placed in charge.
2nd- They allowed the current management company to stay as long as they have. The other day someone allowed me to hear a tape of a private meeting held in the office which was bugged! The money is being mis-used for items in other complexes. That my friend is against the law!!!
3rd- I have been sitting in my vehical and observing security for some time at night.
When they are not sleeping they are allowing anyone that smiles at them to enter ower property. The other day a lady with her breat almost sticking out with some gang members in the car was allowed access. I quess large breat are another form of ID,or maybe her breat were registered with security
4th- The drug dealers in buildings A,B.Eand G are allowed to deal druds to the kids openly.
5th- The other evening a fellow from building G was out walking his 100 pound pit bulls. Maybe he forgot that they are illegal in Miami Dade!!!!
6th- That wanna be guy that claims he is a cop on the board is nothing less then a security guard at the hospital. I for one do not appreciate someone claiming to be something they are clearly NOT!!!!!!!!!!
He should be reported to the police department.
7th- Just as fake!, that idiot that claims to be a doctor and is on the board is parking in handicap spots. I do not remember any signs that say if you claim to be a doctor you can part on the handicap spots and let the truly handicap crawl from their cars to their destinations!!!!
8th- That little fat fool walking around with a stun gun is breaking the law by threatening any teenager that happens to walk past him who seem to be dressed not of his liking. I am sorry the laws are not that shallow in Florida!, You must be held accountable to the law aswell. I suggest you get your equally fat wife and have her take time from the super market and get laid! It may soften your position if you actually had a child. Maybe you would not bother everyone else child and respect their civil rights!
Read the constitution!!!!!!

GREC Conversions suck. Period. Next time, buy a single-family house.
