I lived in these apartments when they were still Atriums of Kendall. At the time, they had already started converting them from rentals to condos. My husband and I still had about 6 months left in our lease and we were bullied out by these crooks. The rude ----- that works in the office claimed to not have received my money order for the rent that I placed in the drop box every month. I am now convinced that they were just trying to bully us out. I was assigned fees unnecessarily due to these lies. Our air conditioning was ALWAYS freezing up and the 24 hour maintenance people would not come out. We had a baby at the time and had to sleep in the hot, summer Miami heat many nights. The security guard was always sleeping in his car in the parking lot. The environment in the complex itself was ghetto. There were always delinquents running around the parking lot at all hours of the night. The environment in this place was no different than living in a trailer park. They were cheap in comparison to the other rental communities. We had to learn the hard way...You get what you pay for!
