I have lived here for almost 2 years.... the apartment itself isn't bad... for the price, its a really good size with lots of storage... i can't wait to leave though b/c I'm sick of the management... they are RETARDED... just complete morons!! My ceiling leaked the first rain of this season... it caused mold to grow.. . i called over 3 months ago and still nothing has been done... there is CHUNKY MOLD growing on my bedroom ceiling... they don't give a crap. And they do stuff that is just annoying... they will post a note on your door at like 8 in the morning telling you that your car has to be moved by like 10am that day b/c they are painting... Oh, and the other day they painted the ground outside my apartment after leaving a note on the door saying that they would be painting sometime that day... no time frame... so basically i was stuck inside my apartment till it dried. The maintenance staff doesn't speak English... and the lease is basically designed to screw you. If the managment was better, this place would be worth the money... but they are a nightmare!!
