At first, when my husband and I moved there three years ago, it was "nice". The grounds were kept manicured and the pool was not closed all the time. But then these ghetto-azz people moved in and yelling and screaming went on all day. I even had to call the police several times. The noise is a big problem in this complex. If you are a light sleeper or have a newborn, don't count on a restful sleep without noise. The hallways echo with the sounds of routy children, basketball bouncing, and marital arguments. Now that place looks too run down. Drugs' Oh there are plenty of drug dealers here. You hear and see the transactions and it's not safe in my opinion. And they raised the rent every year and it ended up costing more than $1000 for a one bedroom in this rat hole. Why we stayed for three years' Well the location is conveinent. But now I am gone and glad to be!! The new manager Nancy is pretty nice but I feel bad for the staff who have to deal with these ghetto people. LAUNDRY: there used to be laundry facilities but I guess they close it early. Never could do my laundry there!!
