Terrible attitudes, very rude!

The manager is the rudest person you'll ever meet. She insults everyone, and you need her permission for everything. It's ridiculous!

The buildings are not well-kept, the noise travels through the walls, and if an apartment floods, water will seep in to the apartment below. This place is just not worth it.
