If you come home with a new chair or table or TV set, she yells at you and shuts off the elevators so that you have to walk up four flights of stairs carrying your heavy items. If you have company, she tows their cars away and yells at you. If you go to the pool, she yells at you and if you don't come out, she will physically pull you out. She's a total control freak. The Board Members are hand-picked by her and they do whatever she says. Don't even think of buying here or moving here!!
