I have to agree, Mireya the Property Manager is a monstor. At some point she will be sued for discimination. She runs the property as if the tenants and owners must bow to her every command. Example: if your car is parked in the resident space after 5PM with a hammer or roll of duct tape (or some sort of evidence of "work") your car will be towed as a commercial vehicle EVEN THOUGH you have a resident sticker. Couples who are engaged to be married may not live at King's Creek. You must be married. To the single tenants / prospective homeowners, you may not have an overnight guest more than a specific number of nights. So your boyfriend / girlfriend / fiancee, may not sleep over EVER without Mireya's express permission - which your request will be denied after 1 - 2 overnight visits. Children may NEVER "play" anywhere in the complex. The security guards are required to check your picture ID whenever you use the pool, even if they know you by name. This means, while you are catching some sun in your bikini, some old security guard will walk up to you and bother you for your ID. Mireya harrasses ALL tenants / homeowners even if you are the most rule abiding person in the world. No one is able to follow all of her ridiculous rules.

I have read all good and bad comments about the manager and I am so horrorized since my fiancee and I just went to see an apartment there and loved the area and sorroundings! I really dont know what to do, If this is that bad you all should do something to have both president and manager out for once and all!! I would say this is a great place to live in but its just not fair having such a bad managment!
