I agree with every single one of the comments that were posted on 6/20/06. I was an owner/resident at that condominium from 1997-2005. Although I sold my property because I relocated to another state, I was seriously considering selling because of the stress caused by the management association. I didn't vote on the last election of the board of directors, but I guess that didn't stop Mireya from continuing making everyone's life miserable. She is somewhat compared to a "Fidel Castro" or a "Hitler". I'm Cuban-born and my parents always thought of her as the Cuban-American version of the "President of the Committee". For those of you who don't have a clue what I'm talking about, the President of the Committee in Cuba is a person appointed by the country's government in every neighborhood to monitor the activity that goes on on every house in that neighborhood, from the furniture you move in and out of your property, who visits you, to the food you eat. In other words, that person's job is very similar to Mireya's. In my opinion, Mireya should be deported back to Cuba. I believe Fidel Castro will be thrilled to have her back, especially someone with her skills. She won't have any problem getting a job as a president of a committee.
