This is a great place if you love prison living. You'll probably be O.K. as long as you stay INSIDE your apartment all the time. But go to the pools or the barbecue area and wham! you'll be harassed for talking, for being outside, for breaking some rule you didn't know existed, or for whatever else occurs to them at that moment. Oh, and don't own a car while you live here, it's better to take a bus, because if you own a car and park it in the parking lot it may get towed away. Why' Because you got a new tag and didn't tell the manager. Or because a new "rule" they just made up says that your car is too big, or the wrong color or whatever. Or because you were involved in an accident that day and your car now has some dents and scratches. Don't worry, you will always be in violation of some rule that they'll pull out of a hat. So, don't drive O.K.' Let's see, don't sit on your balcony if you want to be left alone. Don't bring home any large packages or suitcases without permission, (you'll be stopped by the guard). Don't have any visitors, especially if they need to park somewhere. And don't forget to ask for permission to have a friend come for dinner or stay overnight! I agree with the previous posts regarding the unfriendliness of the manager AND of the security guards. I've been there for a year and have had my car towed the FIRST day I moved in (because I was missing a parking sticker the management office FAILED to give me); I have had a security guard knock at my door at 2:50AM to tell me that my car wasn't parked "properly"; And the security BARELY understand English. On the plus side would be the fairly decent clealiness and the quietness of the complex.
