Mireya along with the so called "President" of the association Astrid Buttari are tirants and they both think they are above the law. Not only those Mireya have a criminal record in 2002 in which she had to bond out for $5,000 but the association itself are under terrible management. They are accused of misusing the the association funds for an outside group in September of 2006 and the association faces a $5000 fine for misuse of association funds in April of 2006. I believe both should be removed from the management office and well as a formal apology to all tenants that have put up with both of them for several years.
