I read all these reviews about management but rented here anyways. It was a decent price and the location was good. I was renting from out of town so I didnt have the luxury of visiting first. Well, upon arrival I was greeted with the usual courtesies described by everyone else, yes mereya sucks as a person and would tell you so if you asked her. The old man security guard seems to be having a competition with her about who can be the rudest in life. Its not good enough for them to explain a parking spot or when they will be over to precheck everything when movers or workers come, no, they get imaginitive with their rudeness. I do like how there is no funny business here on the property but they treat people like animals that must be screamed at and belittled. Whatever, the rent would have to be atleast 2-300 below what it is for me to continue living here. This place is by far the cheapest around and it is decent looking but you have to ask yourself why its soo cheap' The 100 question movein test just gives you a warmup for the kind of stuff thats in store. Theres a ton of places to rent here and the price is right but common courtesy can coexist with a well run ship, it just doesnt happen here.

I agree with you 100% its is inexpensive to live here, but the management and security guards lack common courtesy and common sense. I recently sold my old computer desk, the buyer passed by my apartment around 7pm to pick it up, well the older security guard with the slow voice started to take pictures of me helping load the desk into his car, stating "your supposed to advice them if you are moving" I calmly explained that I SOLD the desk and wasn't moving he still continued to take photos of the desk and car, threatning to tell management that I was behaving very unapropriate. This is my last year here, and cant wait to leave. A very firm warning to those who think about coming here, REad this threads carefully, they are the truth. They are a bigger pain in the arse, life is already stressfull enough, dealing with these rude people just adds to it. TEnant since 2006
