I lived in Village of Kings Creek for 9 months
They have tons of regulations and in order to move in you have to get the association approval and you have to attend a one hour presentation. The staff is very rude,
-They close all gates after 9 PM leaving only one gate open and if you are unlucky your unit will be far from that gate.
- You have to pay for the gym key and they have only 3-4 machines in that gym.
- Lot of noisy parrots screaming day and night.
- Rodents in the trash room. I saw big rats playing there
- Roaches in the Kitchen.
- You are allowed to move in and out only on Saturday and you need approval for everything.
- Car towing is common if you parked in the wrong spot
- You can t have guests for more than 3 days
- You can t have satellite Dish
- Cable is available through only one provider
- There is no AT&T cell phone coverage in that community.
Bottom line: they will complicate your life and the association has control over everything. They have power more than the owners.
