I apologize for my rudness, Mireya is the worse property manager I have met. First of all back in Tampa I was a property manager and there is no way that any manager is allowed to curse at there employees. During the parking renovation, I use to live by the office, and I would wake up every morning at 8 am after working until 1 am because the ARROGANT manager was cursing and screaming at her employees. For everyone that says she is not that bad, put your self in the employee's shoes. I dispise this lady because she does not no what manners are. I would hope that one day they take her out cursing at her and making her feel the worse, the way she does with her employees. One day I parked in the handycapped for 5 minutes because my grandmother is not able to walk and I was dropping her off to my mom. She came to my face and called me a b**** in spanish. I was very offended and I quickly snapped and told her off. She thought I was going to stay quiet like her other tenants and called the cops on her. The police officer warned her and told her that next time she did that he would report her. I really recommend for you not live here. I second that! I almost moved in there when I fell in love with an aprtment, the owners told me that the association was A little bit if a problem but if I just cooperate with them I should be fine. Ummmmmm cooperate in what sense? After paying all the fees to apply I got into a confrontation with Mireya and she literally cursed me out in front of her entire staff. Therefore I went at it myself. I asked myself how does this lady get away with having this job??!! I picked up all my stuff and left never in my LIFE could I learn to live with someTHING like that. Does anyone know if the owner or someone higher than her bc unless they're blind and def there's ABSOLUTELY no reason why she shouldn't be fired. I'm sure her LAME office staff reads this and laughs. It's not funny she kept my $15 deposits for laundry and pool keys and told me if I wanted to get a lawyer. I thought for $15 bucks? Please. But then I thought with all the deposits she's kept you can make a living! If anyone tries to get her fired I'm there with you!!!

I totally agree, she is the worse person to deal with. She really believes that being rude to people is the only way to talk to people. She really make living in this place down right awefull. i lived here for two years and would literally dread the idea of having to go visit the managments office. Be very cautious if you move in here, I would advice you to ask about first what others think about her. You will find hands down that 98% agree with these comments.

Someone has to report her to some highger governing authority. I'm going to look into who we can complain to, If there are more people willing to join this cuase, and get Mireya FIRED please respond to this RESPONSE. United we stand against a wannabe tyrant like her!!!

Explanation of why she hasn't been fired: Shes a lesbo and her lover is the President of the Association. Mireya is on an endless "power trip" as they call it.
