Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've lived here for about a year. My apartment is clean and well maintained. The guard staff are awesome! I can always find a place to park, but sometimes there is a walk on a Friday or Saturday night in guest parking. One thing that should be said, is that all these apartments are owned privately, so you're experience will very much depend on your individual landlord.
