I lived at the VDL for 3 years the frist 2 years was ok except for the garbage on the property. When the current managment took over it was DOWN HILL, the mangers are rude,and stupid, they took the garbage containers from each apartment and made 1 compactor at 1 end of the property. It is ALWAYS full and the garbage is everywhere. I have seen the huge rats out there eating.The fire alarms go off all thur the night, management is too stupid to find a way to cover them and still be able to use in a REAL ER. They pass out memos all the time they want the kids to stay inside all the time no kids outside playing with out the parents. Do they really want people to pay rent and not use the facilty. They will close the pool if they see 1 tenant misusing instead of addressing the problem with that person. There is no security there was rash of break ins they still did not hire security, in my bldg there was 4 in 1 month.
