I have been living in this community for more than 4 years, I have had my money order stolen twice from their office, when I confronted the manager she asked me for proof of my money order, I gave her everything I had and proof of my money order never being cashed when I personally put it into the drop box, I'm still waitng for them to return my late fees! This was back in January.
It's a shame that you live in a community that their office personal is rude and disrespectful, I have gone to their office a couple of times and found it closed, they could be in there looking at you and wont bother to get up to see what you want.
