Management Does Not Have Good Customer Service.

I do understand that you have to have rules and regulations were you live but the tenants tha live there are customers and there is a certain way customers need to be treated. Your management and staff is horrible and do not know how to deal with people. They need to take a customer service class. They need to have a relationship with their clients instead of trying to kick them out for everything and anything. Your car is stickerd if it is there for more than 5 days and the tag is up todate, what if you are out of town on business which I sometimes do. If I am paying my rent ontime then I should be allowed to park my car on the property for however long as long as the tag is up todate. Your staff is just horrible in general from the way they answer the phone to the way they speak to you just horrible I can't say that enough. Another thing they should build another garbage disposal one that is accesseble to kidz. Parents can't be working so hard and the kidz can't even take out the garbage. there should be one at the back and one at the front.
