I will never move into an apartment/house without reading the ratings/crime report from the local police again. This has been the most horrible living experience ever. My car was stolen 3 months after I moved in 6 months later my boyfriend s car was broken into and then again 5 months later. The crime is horrible and the police that stays here only patrols once a week. The rent increases significantly ever year and it so happens to come after you have renewed your lease. The parking lot with the trash compactor is a nightmare. And the staff makes to many random visits. The apartment was a nice size but not worth my safety and peace of mind.
