Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
I lived there for 5 years and was not able to have the paint touched up. I asked Janet that if I were to live there for 20 years, would they never touch up the paint in the apartment ' she told me it was policy not to do it until a new tenant moves in and told me that if I was nice to the maintance men they might leave me some paint. She also stated that Home Depot has inexpensive painting kits. I was angry but asked for the paint anyway. I saved it for when I moved out last year and made sure the apartment was spotless and the carpet was cleaner than when I moved in. I walked though the final inspection with someone other than Janet and received my entire deposit back. But I spent hours working on the apartment before leaving, making sure every little tack hole was filled in and covered with textured wall spray.
I also had problems with my car being keyed and loud, noisy college kid neighbors and nothing was ever done.
I would never go back - the prices are ridiculous for a tiny apartment and you have to pay for water, too. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
