I have lived there since 2 years and one thing i completely agree with what all the reviews say is that your deposit is swallowed by a lady named Janet.

the apartments are ok and are so expensive. it is just near to FIU thats why we have to live here, but still no amenities, small closets, lots of noise. one of their workers lives in the complex and every friday night he has a loud party outside with so many people and booze and music, but the authorites fail to notice and if we have a decent party in our house, we get a notice!!!cycles get stolen and in the name of 24 hour security we have 1 security guard at a time who must be well into his social security pension and so old that any case of problem, he will first have an heart attack.

well service is good sometimes,but the management /Janet want only money. thats it. nothing else. if you are sweet to her, she is very sweet but when somethin happens she is so uncooperative.

beleive me it is heaven for students froim FIU as rooms can be shared but still Vista verde is all hogwash. JANET SHOULD GO and some nice understanding person should come.
